About Us
eLogger is the premier electronic logbook solution that puts industrial businesses in control of their operations. Global leaders in power, water, oil, gas, and dozens of other industrial businesses and government agencies have replaced paper logbooks with eLogger to make recording, managing, finding and reporting on their operational data simple and easy. Our software gives operators a new command of their data that enables them to increase productivity, maintain situational awareness, limit downtime, ensure compliance, and handle regulatory audits worry-free. eLogger empowers operators to run their operations, instead of their operations running them.
We have been serving our customers for over 20 years. We are profitable, we are growing, and we need your help.
Job Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Principal Software Engineer who is passionate about solving real user problems with creative software solutions. If you love comprehensive system design, including intuitive user experience, data retrieval, distributed computing, security, mobile and data storage, all while transforming multiple industries, we want to hear from you.
What To Expect If You Join Our Team
The eLogger leadership team has worked in too many companies where we felt priorities were misguided. Too often, there was a focus on optics, politics, or a leader’s last conversation. Our teams had to implement “must have” ideas from executives with little validation, and changes in scope would not be reflected in self-imposed deadlines. It often felt like an uphill battle to do “the right thing” for our customers, our team, and our company.
At eLogger, we take a different approach. Your voice and input will matter, and your efforts will be valued not only by your colleagues, but also by our customers. Delivering real customer value is at the core of everything that we do, and you will play a key role in delivering solutions to real problems that matter to our customers.
If you join eLogger, you’ll be joining a tight-knit team and a community. You will find that our customers are champions of our products and that your contributions make a real impact on their lives. We value your personal time and the need to recharge, and we won’t ask you to work weekends to meet artificial deadlines. We’ll set goals together, adjust them as new information becomes available, and continuously focus on solving problems that matter.
