A big welcome to Megan Todd, our new Customer Success Manager. Some of our customers have already gotten to know Megan and, if you haven’t, you’ll definitely hear from her soon. Her job is to make sure all of our customers are successfully using and getting the most out of our software, so if you have a question or concern and are not sure which eLoggian to go to, reach out to Megan, and she’ll get you squared away.
Megan comes to us with experience from Google and Spotify, and she’s quickly getting up to speed on the industries we serve. We’re thrilled to have her on board, and we’re excited about the customer service enhancements she’ll be driving in the months and years ahead.
