  • Description
    • The Templates class will teach users how to build their own electronic forms, or templates. In this introductory class we will create a form commonly used in many industries and businesses. Users will see how templates can collect nearly limitless amounts of information.
  • Goals
    • By the end of training, system administrators will have a general understanding of how to create a template.
    • System administrators will discover the different field types used in making a template.
    • After training, system administrators will be able create their paper forms in their eLogger system.
  • Who Should Attend
    • System administrators who have setup their eLogger system to where they can make basic entries, or have gone through the Basics Training class and are ready to begin taking their hard copy forms and creating them in eLogger, or those administrators that need a refresher in how to create templates.
  • Objectives
    • By the end of training, system administrators will:
      • Be able to build templates in their eLogger system.
      • Be able to design templates using different field types.
      • Understand the concept behind using categories when creating templates.
      • Be able to connect templates to locations and logs.
      • Understand how to create multi-row grids and their uses.
      • Understand view-only templates via User Groups.
      • Know how to sort templates and data fields
