eLogger Settings Training

  • Description
    • This class shows the various settings in eLogger that allow system administrators to set up eLogger in a way that best fits their facility, including settings for entering logs, viewing logs, search results and system security.
  • Goals
    • By the end of the class, system administrators will understand how to adjust the settings in the eLogger software to best fit their user’s needs.
  • Who Should Attend
    • System administrators who have begun making entries in their eLogger system and are ready to tailor the settings to best fit their needs.
  • Objectives
    • By the end of training, system administrators will know how to:
      • Configure administrator security and active directory group setup.
      • Change or configure log entry settings.
      • Adjust or configure the view log settings.
      • Configure the search time spans and create custom search time spans.
      • Set up the date, time and date/time combination formats in their eLogger
      • Choose to send out an email when assigning acknowledgements and configure the subject line and body of that email.
      • Choose how their location view on the add new entry page will be configured, create an administrator contact message, set up how the subject line of emails will read and upload a company logo that will show on.
