Who should attend?
Anyone who would benefit from networking with peers and learning more about eLogger. eLogger System Administrators, eLogger Users, and those who are still trying to decide whether or not to step into electronic logging are welcome to attend.
Why should I attend?
Attendees will spend three days attending informative and relevant sessions on a client-feedback-based variety of eLogger topics, including inter and intra-facility communications , eLogger functionality, new product features, and both basic and advanced training. Along with the conference, we have scheduled networking events to meet with others in your industry , to learn more about how they are making eLogger work for them and to talk about common industry issues. It’s a great opportunity to meet the eLogger staff as well as other eLogger users.

Is a group discount available?
Yes! The cost for the conference is $1,095. For companies with three or more employees attending, we will discount the fee $100 for each of you. Register before January 1st, and we’ll apply the early-bird savings of another $100 each.
What does the price include?
The price includes all sessions and networking opportunities, as well as meals and entertainment. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served at Monday night’s Welcome Reception.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Card or Company Purchase Order.
Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?
No, travel and hotel costs are paid by either the individual or the company attending. Your registration fee includes a welcome reception on Monday evening, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Gatorland Tour on Tuesday evening. Be sure to mention the eLogger User Conference when making your hotel reservation, to get the discounted rate.
Do I receive a refund if I cancel my registration for the conference?
Yes, we will process full refunds for cancellations received prior to December 1, 2018 and partial refunds (50%) for cancellations received after December 1st and prior to December 31st. Cancellations received in January, 2019 are non-refundable..
Can I conduct a site presentation to show other eLogger Users what we do at our facility?
We have a limited number of openings for site presentations and are trying to represent a wide variety of industries. Please contact BJ (email@example.com) if you are interested in presenting.
How can I justify attending this conference?

Is there a dress code?
The dress code is casual. That means jeans are ok with us!

Can I bring a guest to the Welcome Reception (February 4th) or Gatorland event planned for February 5th?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest with you to either event. There is no charge to bringing a guest to the Welcome Reception, however, there is a $75 fee to attend the Dinner/Tour at Gatorland on Tuesday evening. Talk to us if you’re interested in purchasing additional pullovers (conference jackets) and we can make the appropriate arrangements
Can special meals be arranged if I need vegetarian/kosher/gluten free meals?
Of course you can! During the registration process make sure you check off that you have special dietary needs and someone will contact you to make arrangements.
What will the weather be like in Orlando, FL?
Since we can’t predict the future, we have to guess. We’re guessing it’s going to be HOT! The average day time temperature in Orlando for February is mid-seventies and night time is between sixty-five and seventy-five. It’s best to watch the weather forecast prior to your departure.
Are you holding Boot Camp this year?
It seems that this may be the most popular breakout session, so, of course, back by popular demand is Boot Camp. Bring your workout clothes and running shoes because who knows what Ted has in store for us this year. By the way, Boot Camp will be held Wednesday morning.
Is it easy to get to Disney World from the hotel?
It’s so easy! The hotel has free shuttle service to Disney World.
