The West Deptford Energy Station will utilize eLogger upon their startup. This new generating plant will be a 715 MW net with supplemental duct firing 2 x 1 combined cycle power plant consisting of two natural gas fired Siemens SGT6-5000F combustion turbine generators equipped with dry low NOx combustors and evaporative inlet coolers.
The power produced by the generating station will pass through step up transformers for delivery to the 230KV switchyard out through an overhead transmission line and connect to the grid. This plant will be interconnected with the Atlantic City Electric transmission system. In support of the generator operation a facility service building along with a water treatment system will be provided. Effluent from the Gloucester County Utility Authority will be utilized for the cooling system.
