For over 60 years York County Natural Gas Authority has provided residential, commercial and industrial gas service throughout York County, South Carolina. They currently have over 1,700 miles of distribution mains and serves over 68,000 customers.
YCNGC is looking forward to getting away from word documents and utilizing eLogger to its fullest capabilities. Starting out, they will have the opportunity to electronically log calls, set-point changes and have the ability to communicate with one another internally-not missing a beat! “We’re overwhelmed in a good way-the power of this thing (eLogger) – it’s a great product.” We’re excited to see what they come up with as they customize their application.
